All artwork, designs, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Fjara Creative (Hilary Tricker). No part of these designs may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.

For design services, the Client is responsible for final proofreading and approval. Fjara Creative (Hilary Tricker) is not liable for errors (such as typos or colour discrepancies) discovered after the Client has given final approval or after the design has been sent to print. The total liability for any service provided is limited to the total fee paid for that specific project.
